Meet Shayan Junaid — The Founder Behind The Operators Club
Shayan Junaid is a founder and operator whose work spans SaaS products, software businesses, and service-based ventures.
His journey has been shaped by experimentation, taking risks, and learning through the process of building and selling products rather than waiting for the perfect conditions.
One of his early products, Podscher, grew into a business generating approximately $100,000 in annual revenue.
Over the course of his journey, Shayan has sold approximately three to four products, with those products and businesses generating more than $15,000 per month in revenue.
His experience extends across multiple business models. He has built Devenest, a Done-for-You SaaS agency in Pakistan, and Done-for-You Leads, a business serving the US market. He is also a co-founder of RapGuard.
Alongside these ventures, his work has involved SaaS businesses, service businesses, and coaching — giving him practical exposure to product decisions, customer acquisition, business operations, and the challenges founders face when turning an idea into a commercially viable business.
Separately from revenue, his journey has also involved products and business opportunities associated with valuations of approximately $70,000, $100,000, and $200,000.
